Google Ads – Broad Match
Please note I will not recommend “broad match” in any Google Ads set up. I don’t do this until accounts have “bedded in” or unless you want it right away. If you have a broad match with the words – cars for sale in Plymouth – you could show up for the terms “cars or “Plymouth” which will result in your website showing in paid ads for those terms which are useless if someone is searching for a house in Plymouth. You will lose, trust me!
The “broad match” setting shows your ad for searches that contain your keywords in any order, and for related terms. This option shows your ad in the broadest variety of searches, and is the default setting for all campaigns.
